Filmmaker Options

Van Cleve Films offers multiple compensation and submission options for independent film makers.

How much do we pay?
(Non-Exclusive Rights)
We do not do revenue share, only flat fee licensing.

Documentary

We offer a flat rate per 3-year period for streaming rights. Movies must be a minimum of 55 minutes and 1080p or higher and no more than 5 years old.

$150/36 months

Show/1 Season

We offer a flat rate per 3-year period for streaming rights. Shows must be a minimum of 22 minutes per episode, 8 episodes minimum, 1080p or higher and no more than 5 years old.

$200/36 months

Movie/Feature

We offer a flat rate per 3-year period for streaming rights. Movies must be a minimum of 75 minutes and 1080p or higher and no more than 8 years old.

$250/36 months

Compensation Options
Van Cleve Films currently only offers annual flat fees.

EXPOSURE

Many filmmakers are only seeking exposure for their film. It is possible that the filmmaker is new and working on making a name for themselves in the industry or that their film may include instructions to visit a website or follow a URL that that they are attempting to direct traffic to.

LEASING

This option pays filmmakers a fixed amount to acquire the rights to distribute their film. Earn extra money by leasing us streaming rights to your film project(s) even if they have been or are on YouTube or other video sharing websites.

PROFIT-SHARING

This option offers filmmakers a percentage of the film's profits the distributor generates. The percentage is typically 10 - 50%. Currently Van Cleve Films does not offer profit-sharing as an option.

Submission Options

SINGLE SUBMISSION

The filmmaker submits a single film project for consideration.

MULTIPLE SUBMISSIONS

The filmmaker submits multiple film projects for consideration.

CONTRACT SUBMISSIONS

The filmmaker agrees to provide films/content on a regular basis during a specific period.
